Where do I find the SHA-256 hash to verify my download?
It's published right on this page — see the "Verified Safe" card above. The current v6.1 APK hash is 70af4ac2-9f63-4d8e-8c19-a3b2dc0c… On Windows, open PowerShell and run "Get-FileHash NetMirror.apk -Algorithm SHA256". On Mac, run "shasum -a 256 NetMirror.apk". The output must match exactly.
Browser shows "this file is dangerous" — should I be worried?
No. That warning is generic for every APK downloaded outside the Play Store, regardless of the actual file content. The VirusTotal scan across 70+ engines is the real safety check — and that shows 2/57 PUP flags (false-positive from the bundled ad SDK), not malware. Tap "Keep" or "Download anyway".
How often do you release new versions?
New builds ship every 2-3 weeks. The current version (v6.1) is the May 2026 release. In-app auto-update prompt appears on launch when a new version drops — one tap to update.
What's the difference between this page and the install guide?

I downloaded the APK but Android won't install it.
Three most common reasons: (1) "Install unknown apps" permission isn't enabled for your browser — open Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps → enable for Chrome. (2) An older NetMirror is already installed — uninstall it first. (3) Download was corrupted — delete and re-download. See the Android troubleshooting guide for more.
Why does the PC/Mac URL change?
ISPs in some countries block streaming aggregator domains periodically. The team rotates the URL every 4-6 weeks to stay ahead. We update the URL on this page within hours of every rotation. Bookmark this page (not the streaming URL) — when it changes, your bookmark stays valid.
Can I downgrade to an older version?
Yes, but it's rarely needed. The changelog shows what each version changed. If you really want to downgrade, email contact@ and we'll send the requested older APK. Note that older versions may have URL rotation issues that newer builds handle automatically.
